Marilyn's Beaded Stars (2)
Marilyn Harding, Greenwood, Indiana, USAThis quilt is beautiful - the quilting and the piecing. There are photos of two quilts Marilyn has completed.
The piecing pattern is Margot Languedoc's Star Gazing quilt - published under the brand The Pattern Basket
ALL the quilting was done using the p2p function.

- in the stars: Lolly flowers nq Le Moyne Star
- in the sashes: Kites bldr a (8)
- border: Lolly flowers bdr & cnr (2)
Tips & Info
- the outer margins I have preset are so that the circles snuggle into the piecing.
Marilyn made adjustments to make these margins narrower, but this has resulted in the pearls not always snuggling in so much. She has two more of these quilts coming - so I am redrawing the pattern to suit her desire for narrower outer borders!
- she obviously has the world's best piecers in her area!
